Domestic Cut Off Dates (Queensland to Rest of Australia):

  • Long-Haul 9th December

  • Short Haul 14th December

  • Sunshine Coast 17th December

New Zealand Cut Off Date:

  • Standard Delivery 7th December

Rest of the World Cut Off Dates:

  • 24th November for UK, USA, Canada, and Rest of the World

Due to COVID19 and the restricted number of flights leaving Australia at this time, these dates may change due to delays. We ask to ensure you receive your parcels for Christmas please order as early as possible to guarantee your delivery.

NOTE: These dates are shipping dates, please allow 2-4 days for processing of orders.

All orders are dispatched using Sendle, DHL or AusPost. 

If an order is time sensitive or needs gift wrapping, please contact at hello@sayershome.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request. 

 

Australia & New Zealand

Shipping on all orders is a flat rate of $7. Free shipping on all orders over $200.

Orders will be processed within 4 working day.  Delivery times are within 2-5 working days of shipment for Australia, and within 10-15 working days of shipment for New Zealand.  

Customers will be notified as soon as the items are dispatched.

International Orders (Rest of the World)

All other international orders are calculated depending on your shipping zone and weight of order. Orders can be expected within 2-3 weeks, depending on the region.

Customs & Import

International orders may be subject to import tax and custom duties.  Sayers Home does not take responsibility for these costs.

We recommend customers investigate their own country import duties prior to ordering.

Pre - Orders:

When purchasing Pre-Order items, please note that the shipping date provided on product page refers to the dispatch of items to you. This is an approximation, we will keep you updated via email if we encounter any delays.

RETURNS:

If an order arrives damaged or not in the expected condition, Sayers Home must be contacted within 3 working days of the order arriving. The item must be shipped back to Sayers Home within 10 working days and received back in the exact same condition it was sent.  

A refund or credit will be issued providing there is no damage. The customer will be reimbursed the cost of the order less any shipping costs incurred.
